So this was supposedly what the R2-D2 phone will look like. Gotta admit, it could be better. They didn’t really need to make him so square. i can see why they did it though. it’s awesome that his eye is the camera. Now is this phone worth switching to Verizon? Right now I’m on a Sprint family plan, so I pay NOTHING (woot woot). But if i were on a regular plan have the Everything Data 450 minute plan for $70 plus tax AND most likely plus $10 for 4G. The Bill would probably come out to around $100 a month. That plan includes unlimited text, unlimited data and unlimited mobile to mobileĀ to ANY network. 450 minutes would only go to landlines, and who has those anymore anyway. Also Nights start at 7. The Verizon plan would start out at $80 for talk & text. I’d get that 900 minute plan because it includes “Pick 5 friends”. why can’t the 450 minute plan have this? ugh! So for just talk and text it’s $80, on top of that it’s $30 for unlimited data. So that’s $110 before taxes. With taxes it’ll probably be $20-30 more than a Sprint plan….
